1. Tongolo by D’banj

D’banj keeps asking a lady he likes to come roll with him. He starts to hype himself and tells her to leave her boyfriend for him. Tongolo is a song that made waves at the time of its release as D'banj was a huge sensation. "Tongolo" was one of the hit singles that made D'banj's debut album, 'No Long Thing'.

2. Bizzy Body by P-Square

In this song, PSquare was talking about the way a lady moves her body to the rhythm of the song. he dares the lady to come dance with him. She was also ready with her response that she was equal to the task and ready for him. "Bizzy Body" is a hit track from the album "Get Squared", second studio album by Nigerian recording artist "P-Square" featuring "Waje".

3. Dem Mama by Timaya 

Timaya solo career began in 2005 with the release of "Dem Mama", which also appeared on his debut album, True Story released the following year. Timaya spoke about the injustice and killing in Bayelsa back in 1999. Timaya relieved a terrible experience in this song yet people found the song quite danceable.

4. Never Far Away by Lagbaja Featuring Ego 

Lagbaja and Ego gave us a beautiful love song that would remain evergreen. This is a timeless love song that speaks about relationships and long-distance. The video of “Never Far Away” won Lagbaja the Best Male Video at the 2006 Channel O Music Video Awards.

5. New Dance (Swo) by Marvellous Benji

'Swo' is a self-styled brought in by Marvelous Benji. This song is all about the new street dance back then ‘Swo’. Marvellous Benji got everyone dancing to 'Swo' in no time. He said in the song that people were tired of Galala and Makossa but 'Swo' was the new dance.

6. Mobolowowon by D’Banj

D’banj released this hit track explaining his ordeal the cops abroad and how he escaped them after getting into trouble. “Mobolowowon” was one of the lead singles off D’Banj’s debut album “No Long Thing” which was released by Mo’Hits Records in 2005 with the entire production scored by Don Jazzy.
